BOLD Tour is an event that happens in four different cities, and is an all day event full of education and networking. In this project I rebranded the event, but made it dynamic for each city the event stopped in. We had swag made for each city, pdf invites, emails, social media campaign and more. I illustrated the badges for each city as well as hand-lettered the names of the city within the badge.

This project was for a case study re-design. We needed a template for consistency and also for volume. We wanted to showcase how Mindbody helped a business succeed however we wanted it to be equally be about the business. All of the icons are hand-drawn by me. I used hierarchy with type to lead the reader through the casestudy.

The task was to design app store images for the Mindbody business app. The goal is to show what the product screens look like but in a marketing way. We pulled out UI elements and gave emphasis to the features that are super beneficial to the potential app user.

This infographic was created as a way to tell the story of the typical Mindbody user vs the average American. The point is why businesses should be on the app. I hand illustrated all of the graphics as well as designed the infographic. This project was very fun and also effective reaching the audience of business owners.

The testimonials page on the Frederick marketing website was designed to showcase how customers feel about using Frederick, an automated marketing software. 

This identity was inspired by Moroccan tiles, middle-eastern architecture, and old churches. The photographer travels a lot and her work is very influenced by that. We wanted to express who she is as well as represent her business. 

The type I kept lower case in the logo because I wanted to keep a casual vibe and also wanted to balance the boldness of the mark. 

This infographic was designed to show how Bowtie will save time and appointments for business owners. I illustrated the graphics as well as designed the infographic as a whole.

This poster series was for high-school students, and the goal was to get them excited about what Universal Technical Institute (UTI) offers. I used images that were bold and had a lot of movement to them. The type is very prominent and got right in the middle of the images. We wanted posters that the students couldn't ignore.

This was a project that was to be given to high-school counselors from Universal Technical Institute. At the time a lot of counselors were weary of for-profit schools. UTI wanted to show them that they were different from other schools. The poster was apart of a For-Success (apposed to For-profit) campaign that UTI did to combat the negative notions. The copy was written to be a mantra and a way to show that UTI wants the best for their students just as much. My team and I wanted to show the common ground and the belief that what is best for the student is best for everyone.

The design has a little bit of UTI branding but I really wanted the words to come to life and really capture the feeling the words expressed.

This infographic was made for the annual ACTE conference to show case what Universal Technical Institute (UTI) does for it's students. The design is simple and plays upon the idea of vehicles to get the message across.

Yellow Chickadee Design is an identity that I created for myself to freelance under. The design is meant to convey my style and to feel personal. The hand-drawn line pattern shows the craftiness and detail that I love to put into design. 

The Baglady identity was designed for a small business in Albuquerque, NM. The inspiration was 1950's wallpaper. The business sells purses and does it through purse parties, very much like a Tupperware party. In the pattern I put the purses in a circular pattern to represent those parties.

Overall I wanted this identity to be very lady-like and fun.

Out of home design is tricky, because you have 2-3 seconds to get your point across. It is important to be straight to the point in your message and to have contrasting colors so the eye can read words from a distance. 

This billboard was apart of a local campaign for Universal Technical Institute's (UTI) Avondale campus. The concept was to take the idea of majoring in a subject and flipping it on it's head. It was important to have a educational hue to the message so that from far away the ad was not misinterpreted for a dealership ad or a mechanic shop. Me team and I used copy and visuals to accomplish that. 

This is an illustration I did as a way to talk about the environment and the idea of clean energy. I wanted to use pattern and color to represent the beauty in nature and also to contrast with the plainness of the wind towers and solar panels. I kept the wind towers and solar panels plain to represent clean but also as a proposition. I wanted to elude to what could be.

These are assorted flyers that I designed for Universal Technical Institute (UTI). There is a high number of flyers that are circulated at UTI and each one needs to be unique but also cohesive with the brand. It is a challenge to come up with new designs yearly (maybe even monthly) but it's one that I have embraced and even have fun doing!

Universal Technical Institute (UIT) does a huge amount of digital marketing across many different platforms including: Twitch, Pandora, Spotify, and Endurocross. Like outdoor design there is a 2-3 second window that one has to capture attention and get a CTA across. These designs and messages are to the point and call for attention. It is important to choose images that are hands-on and are easy to understand.

These are just a few of the email designs that I have done for Universal Technical Institute (UTI). There are thousands of emails sent from UTI but they need to stand out and represent the brand. These designs are for events that the school invites prospective students to. I used bold colors and bright photos to get the prospects excited. We also wanted the invites to feel personal and fun.

In my role at Universal Technical Institute (UTI), I had the privilege of creating content for the UTI's social platforms. My team and I concepted all the posts for the month and then I put the visuals to our ideas. The goal is always to show what the school offers in a visual way that is both pleasing and effective.

This infographic was created to show the education model for Universal Technical Institute (UTI). The model is complicated but also very unique. I used colors and icons to bring it to life. The idea was for the content of the infographic to be student-focused so I used that concept in the design as well. The goal is for people to understand what makes UTI different and an excellent educational option.

This is packaging and a logo concept I did. I wanted it be fun and illustrative. Since it is a tea I wanted it be organic and natural looking. I used a burlap texture and a natural color palette to accomplish that. The pattern in the logo was inspired by Indian henna and the grace of that art.

This is re-packaging that I did for Lilash and Librow as a designer for Beautiful Easy. The product is amazing (lash and brow conditioning) and very high-end but the original packaging did not represent that. Beyond not being high-end looking the 2 products had the exact same design. That made it very easy to grab the wrong product off the shelf. The design we came up with was very premium and reflected the high-quality of the product. We also solved the problem of the products being so similar. We did that by giving each product their own color.
